The 5-year guarantee is against rot & decay on the timber. The building must be treated regularly and maintained - annually for oiled buildings and after 3-4 years for painted.
All fixtures and fittings are guaranteed for a period of 2-years.
Exclusions include moving parts, glazing, wind and accidental damage.
