Suitable for most greenhouses, a modern alternative to sticky mastic that used to be used. Most people with older greenhouses will find this useful.

A. One side is sticky. It is black. Width is 5mm. Height is 3mm.

Q. I don't know the make of my greenhouse, but have to re-glaze it and have scraped off the old seal. The greenhouse is second hand and is 8' x 6'. How many rolls of 'Adhesive foam strip for glazing 15m' will I need? Is p&p charged, and if so how much? Thanks for your help!
A. Approximately a 6x8 will rake 62m of glazing foam/rubber, so I would suggest obtaining 5 rolls of foam just in case. There is postage charge but this is just £3.
Q. can this be used instead of the rubber seal
A. Yes. On older greenhouses this is a good alternative where the original rubber is no longer available. It can also be used in placer of mastic.
Q. Is this closed cell foam? i.e. doesn't soak up water and wick it through?
A. This Foam does not act as a wick - it is designed for use outside
Q. Does it stick an aluminium frame to twinwall polycarbonate or acrylic sheet panels? I currently use clips and they are forever blowing out!
A. Yes, adhesive foam strip(Double sided)does help keep polycarbonate glazing in place if used in conjunction with glazing clips.
Q. Could you tell me if the Adhesive foam strip for glazing (Double sided) comes in 25mm width. Thank you Prdduct ID:- 3146
A. No sorry, the Adhesive foam strip for glazing (Double sided)is only available in 10mm width.
Q. Should you use the adhesive glazing strip down the whole side and length of the window or in patches?
A. The glazing foam will be in long strips on the large glass panels but you will need to cut it down on the roof vents or smaller sections.
