CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS – stock shortages

Lead times throughout this website are updated daily and are as accurate as we can predict to the best of our endeavours. However, supply chain problems and shortages are affecting both lead times and whether some items need to be sent on to you after the delivery.
Our warehouse, factory, and website remain open; deliveries continue as usual.
The factory is based in the Staffordshire countryside (so most workers travel to work alone by car). There is plenty of space within the buildings and colleagues have been asked to maintain a 2m distance at all times and wash hands regularly. Extra cleaning is being performed daily.
Most of our greenhouses are made by us here in Staffordshire and we are still operating, Please note that our whole industry is experiencing very high levels of demand and severe supply shortages, this puts an enormous level of pressure on our staff and we ask you to kindly be patient with our colleagues as they deal with extremely high levels of calls and emails as well with so many shortages to sort out. Every shortage will get sorted eventually but we do please ask you to give us more lee-way than normal and to be kind to our colleagues when discussing this with us.
During our 'contactless delivery' the driver will be alone and will keep a 2m distance from you. Can we kindly ask you in turn to respect the driver's space and give him 2m space whilst he is unloading. The driver is quite happy if you stay in your house and simply talk to him through an open window. The driver can leave the greenhouse packages outside in your garden and there will be no need for a signature.
If you are in a vulnerable group and/or you simply don't want us coming at this time with your greenhouse, then that is absolutely no problem we can put your order on hold for as long as you wish - please contact us to ask for your greenhouse to be put 'on hold' and then later let us know again when you want it to be taken 'off hold' when the time is right.
Please note that like other mail order and internet selling companies, we are experiencing extremely high demand in some areas during the crisis. The carriers that we use to deliver parcels for accessories or spare parts are also, at some points, overwhelmed. Our colleagues are continuing to work enthusiastically to ensure that your items are sent out quickly and we thank them for soldiering on in difficult circumstances to satisfy your orders. We do kindly ask for your forbearance if our usual next day delivery service is variable at the present time - thank you!
