First time dealing with this kind of DIY job. Delivery was on time and followed instructions. Thank you for the delivery man to move all that. The how to guide was ok. It takes some time to get used to. It took me about 15 hours of work through several days due to life and bad weather. The structure was standing for about 2 weeks without glazing. It stood strong. Once I figured out how to put the glass panes in and glazed the whole thing the structure went from little floppy to concrete solid. The glass panes are very durable. I put the first one in wrong and it took some strength to pull it off from the sticky sponge. It bent but did not broke. The quality is good except the bolts and nuts. The snapped and snapped. When I loosen some the nuts just cut them self through the bolt thread. I changed as much as I can to proper bolts. They are not fit for purpose in my opinion. Everything else was fine, big kids meccano.

I am delighted with my first ever greenhouse which will be a fantastic addition to our garden. The purchasing process was very straightforward with Tony at Braehead being exceptionally helpful without us feeling we were getting a hard sell. Delivery was on time and again the delivery person was helpful and friendly. We opted to have it put up for us with Paul Innes, a Greenhouse People recommended installer, who did a great job, especially as the slabbed base wasn’t as level as we thought it was. Altogether, I thoroughly recommend this company if you are considering a purchase.

I thought I'd decided on a greenhouse until I went to my local display site (I'd not even thought about buying face to face) and told the salesperson I had what I wanted from another company and was just having a last browse. Ended up coming away with the best deal out there, Greenhouse, accessories and a premium colour. Later I received some reading to prep me for the build, which was a great touch. A week out from delivery I asked if I could change the plinth colour. Even though the order had been picked they arranged to change it. During the build, which was really straightforward, a pane of glass shattered as I picked it up. Emailed and they are going to drop a replacement round next time they are in the area. This is without a doubt the best I've seen for quality and customer service. Many thanks.

What a great organisation - Ordering was made really easy as I spoke to Debbie in sales and she talked me through all the options and set up delivery to an Allotment site. The process was simple, paid a deposit and when I was ready for delivery it was tracked all the way so that I could me the Delivery guy at site who was incredibly helpful. All came packed well and easily labelled. Never had a Greenhouse before, went for the Simplicity Ulitmate in Green. My partner and I just took our time over a couple of weekends to put together and my guidance is read the manual a few times and download material to help from The Greenhouse People website and just take your time. We absolutely ove our new place for all the things we wish to grow this year....Thanks

Delivery was fantastic and so well stacked against the house. It’s my second from this company due to moving and putting the second one together was so easy. Excellent
