Ex-Display Event - Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all ex-display buildings (greenhouses, sheds and garden rooms) purchased as part of our ex-display event at our show sites.
1. Availability
All ex-display buildings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Sale is subject to availability at the time of order, and we cannot reserve or hold any building.
2. Orders
Orders for ex-display buildings can only be placed in person on-site. We are unable to take orders for ex-display buildings over the phone, by email or online.
3. Display period
In most cases, your building will remain on display at the show site until late autumn or early winter. During this period the building will continue to be used for display purposes.
4. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your purchase. All deposits are non-refundable.
5. Delivery
To allow us to make room for new display buildings, deliveries cannot be delayed or deferred beyond the scheduled delivery period. By placing your order you agree to accept delivery when the building becomes available at the end of the display period.
6. Condition
As these are ex-display buildings, they may show signs of weathering, wear or minor marks consistent with having been on display. Buildings are sold on this basis.
