I am very pleased with the way my order was processed. I was informed exactly when the items would be delivered and they arrived as expected. The delivery man was particularly good he made sure that all the items were present and in good condition. He was very friendly and helpful. We are pleased with the greenhouse it appears to be of good quality and an excellent product.

They were assembled not by me but by a capable handiman who experienced some frustration because not all the holes were drilled and some screws were missing. The instructions were quite involved and the whole operation took him longer than he had anticipated. He was able to deal with the problems and made an excellent job of them.

when it came it did exactly what it said it would do , a very good fit and just right , now that should keep the water bills down

It\'s an excellent bench and a doddle to assemble. I sit the plants in a gravel tray the same size as the bench. This keeps the shelf dry and helps to keep the humidity up.

we bought this green house in feb 09 and it was deliverd 6 weeks later with no problems. it was relitivly easy to put up but did take 2 days. im very happy with my green house and have many new plants thriving inside. great people to do buisness with.

V pleased with greenhouse. Followed instuctions by the letter and no problems with construction ( you do need to follow instuctions and ensure base is square and level!) Also, give yourself plenty of time. Glass packed in such a way that it is not at all user friendly. One piece of glass missing for window. Happy with end result and appears well made.

My greenhouse which was erected by one of your fitters is everything I required. it is spacious well ventilated, strong and also looks very good I would recommend it to anyone who requires a medium size greenhouse

An excellent package, the \"green\" greenhouse looks very smart. The product is very well made and reasonably easy to construct, there are detailed illustrated instructions and helpful guidelines & hints. I would certainly recommend the toughened glass together with the capping. Varied sizes should suit all tastes, we could only accommodate a 4x4. The company are extremely helpful and the delivery was less than the quoted time. One small problem (actually caused by an outside supplier) was resolved very quickly. Customer service A*. Brings a totally new meaning to flat-pack! No hesitation in recommending The Greenhouse People.

A traditional wooden structure, well made and sturdy. I would certainly recommend this.

A well made component which is easy to set up and shows a good response to temperature change. We had a slight problem as the fixing kit was missing. A call to GHP quickly resolved this and a kit arrived by post. Full marks for customer service!

I bought one of these for my daughter\'s birthday and am very pleased. It is a good solid construction and has plenty of room for cuttings and hardening off plants she has grown in her greenhouse. I was a bit disappointed that there is no way of propping open the lids. On a much cheaper Halls cold frame, bought admittedly some years ago, they have an ingenious little catch that hangs free from the lid when closed but can be engaged to clip it in place when you want to allow some circulation.

After much research on the web we selected a Hercules Blenheim from The Greenhouse People. We have been impressed with the entire experience right from the initial response to our enquiry right through to delivery. Communication was first rate. Delivery was precisely on time and complete in all respects. We are more than pleased with the end product which was simple to assemble (3 days despite the rain) following the comprehensive manual and advice booklet. I just love this, my first greenhouse. It looks beautiful and the cedar smells wonderful. Only erected last week in March I have lots of seeds, plants and crops growing on well. The full guttering works well, the door runners smooth. The full panes of glass are fuss free. The generous staging along ones side that comes with the greenhouse is ideal. I grow plenty underneath it too. The three windows give plenty of ventilation options. I have one as an auto opener which gives me a good start if I don\'t get out to greenhouse until the weather has started to warm up in the morning. I\'m soooo possessive of and proud of this great value for money greenhouse.

Very attractive, great size. My son assembled it very quickly. I like that it is light and can be resited easily when required.

Strong product, but wouldn\'t fold it away simply and easily as I had imagined, as the metal bracing pieces are pushed in hard and firmly on both sides to give it such good stability.

The staging arrive in a very reasonable time. It took only about an hour to put it together, and my wife was reaaly pleased with it and already useing it only minutes later.A BIG THANK YOU TO, THE GREENHOUSE PEOPLE
