We are looking for a motivated individual with an extensive sales background who will relish at the prospect of joining a dynamic and growing family business.
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers and agents including the day to day running of our display centre with the support of the Customer Services Manager.
Your role will include face to face selling and customer service, answering telephone calls from prospective customers and converting enquiries into sales.
You will be eager to support the Director and Customer Service colleagues with sales promotions.
You will be IT literate and able to manage electronic forms of communication.
Handling transactions, managing customer queries and dealing with low level customer complaints will form part of this role.
We will provide you with full training to enable you to pass on your comprehensive product knowledge to customers.
