With large, full length, windows and doors, the Pavilion maximises natural light - perfect for use as a garden office, hobby room, small business hub, or play room for the kids!The Pavilion log cabin includes double glazed windows and doors, heavy duty flooring, and a long lasting felt shingle roof for a better protected cabin. You can also add floor and roof insulation to maximise heat retention in your building. Crafted in Finland with slow grown arctic spruce, the Pavilion is the modern log cabin of the future that is useable all year round.
Delivery in 8 - 10 weeks
All of our Lillevilla Log Cabins include delivery and with installation by a skilled team of fitters - an optional extra for English customers only. We ensure that your summerhouse arrives in perfect condition and where applicable assembled to the highest standard.
Please be aware that you will need to provide a good, strong and level base constructed from either slabs or concrete. This will need to be completed prior to our delivery date, ensuring that it is set and strong enough for the building to sit on. We will always confirm these details with you when you order and we will provide you with base plans (if required) so that no detail is left out. These measures ensure that your summerhouse will be both delivered and installed (if selected) without any inconvenience.
As with all of our garden buildings, we like to provide our customers with a suitable delivery time. We always give good notice of our arrival date, allowing you to be sure it is the right time for you. All our Lillevilla log cabins are delivered via Hi-Ab lorry, we always appreciate any helpful information regarding access to your pre-prepared base area and any details you may need to share with us about reaching you - so that the delivery process can run as smoothly as possible.
Our delivery times can vary from season to season. All of our buildings are made to order, so during the busy spring to summer seasons, this may increase depending on the building that you have purchased. Please feel free to contact us to check our current delivery times.

Slow-Grown Timber/PEFC/Sustainable
It is so important to us that we know where the timber we use comes from. The timber we use is Spruce sourced from near the Arctic Circle, which means it is strong and durable, ideal for our climate in the UK. Logs are less prone to warping and twisting as a result.
21mm Thick Floorboards
Thicker than the industry standard. When you walk on the floorboards you can feel the sturdiness and quality of the building.
EPDM Roof Covering
Expected life span – 50 Years. Standard on Pent models. This Rubber material requires little to no maintenance and is eco-friendly, too.
44mm Logs are Standard.
Manufactured from slow-grown timber, these thicker logs are more stable than the thinner alternatives.
Made in Finland
Our range of log cabins is manufactured in Finland by Luoman, a family-run business which prides itself on its reputation for the highest quality products. Durable dense-grained and slow-grown timber is used in all of their buildings.

3 Point Locks

Toughened-Glass/Double Glazed
This is a standard feature on all of our cabins and is very safe; therefore, if broken, the glass does not break into dangerous shards. This is especially important with small children playing in the garden.
