Excellent service,prompt delivery,goods received in good condition.

Easy ro erect - frame up in half a day, glass in place in another half day - one and a half people working on it at a fairly leisurely pace. Strong design and loads of space with the extra eaves height.

Didn't have high hopes for this as my previous heater (different make) was not good at all. However, I have been pleasantly suprised, was very easy to set up and has worked perfectly all winter. Would recommend.

Good purchase experience. Well made and easy to set up. Did its job very well throughout recent very cold period and all plants in greenhouse surviving as expected.

I was looking for a Swallow Cold Frame and came across The Greenhouse People`s website, there were a number of different cold frames and sizes but went for the 3.5 x 2.1 foot one which was ideal for us. I bought of the website not knowing anything about them but may I say my doubts soon cleared as just a week before it was due to arrive the telephone rang and it was a chap from the website just confirming the day of delivery and at what time they would be there, so the day of delivery came and approx 2.00pm a pickup truck and brightly men produced the Swallow Cold Frame all ready erected and carried it from the vehicle up the drive to where I wanted it positioned, they were very polite I asked if they would like a mug of tea but declined as they wanted to get back home before night fall as they had been to Blackpool before they came to me and had to go somewhere else, so I gave them a good tip for doing me a small favour, and if any one wants a recommendation then this company deserves that, you don`t get many companies doing what they did others it would have just been thanks and goodbye but with this company they go out of there way to please. I will be giving 10 out of 10 for the best experience I have had with any company to date. Thanks very much again will be ordering from you in the future. Keith Littler from Chester.

I bought this towards the end of last year as I already had some greenhouse staging, but still had space for some more. This little unit fitted in perfectly for my requirements and was extremely easy to put together, I definitely intend to buy some more as soon as I've bought a 2nd greenhouse!

Bought mine 5-6 years at the Garden Show in Shepton Mallet. An excellent purchase which has more than proved its worth since then and hopefully will continue to do so long into the future.

I bought this greenhouse in september 2010 with the help of Jamie, one of the staff. Thanks to his advise we got just what we needed. When it was delivered the driver unloaded it all the way to the back of my 200ft garden,mainly on his own. When I built it,you definetly need two pairs of hands,there where a couple of small bits missing but when I phoned up nothing was any trouble.Also when I needed advice on the assembly late on a saturday afternoon again the person I spoke too was very helpful. Briliant service.Briliant product.

Although I didnt assemble this myself - I am very pleased with the appearance and stability of the greenhouse. Roll on spring!!

Product excellent. Instructions took a bit of looking at. Identifying the various aluminium bars was ok, but sometimes trying to work out what the the 'view' was of the diagram to make sure you had the part the right way round was a bit tricky e.g.was it a top view.

Firstly, The Greenhouse People are the best company I have ever dealt with, in terms of an 'internet company', and the odd phone call has resulted in a prompt and courteous responses. They don't take final payment until the day of delivery, and that is a unusual. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and free-flowing with his tips on just how to tackle tricky areas of the erection process. I purchased a Hercules Trafalgar 8 x 6 and the instructions, along with a few up-to-date amendments sent by TGPeople, it all went swimmingly. Well, moreorless, if only I had followed the instructions to the letter because there is a temptation to make assumptions. No disasters though, just ended up undoing bolts that I had just secured. Don't think that you will do it in a day though if you are inexperienced, you won't. It took me about teo hours just to drill, plug and fasten the greenhouse to the base. All in all, The Greenhouse People sincerely want your project to be a success and it shows in the way they treat customers. And I'm extremely happy with the quality of the Hercules greenhouse.
