Description
The Malvern Arley Apex is a fabulous multi-use garden room. Used as either a summerhouse or garden office, the Arley Apex features a traditional pitched apex roof with a 14in overhang at the front of the building. Double glazed throughout, the Arley Apex includes a single door as standard (which can be upgraded to double doors), pressure treated floor joists and a heavy duty 38kg bitumen felt roof.
Our great range of optional extras gives you the ability to tailor your Arley Apex to your own style. By adding either the patterned MDF or tongue and groove lining and insulation, your Arley Apex can be used all year round. You can also choose to have your building painted with one of the attractive colour paint finishes available. These not only blend well in any home but provide long term protection to the timber cladding. You can upgrade the roof of your building with the popular cedar slatted or cedar shingle roof - a beautiful finishing touch to your Arley Apex that will draw the eye and not just be an extension of your home, but a delightful centrepiece of your garden!

All of our Malvern Garden buildings will be delivered and installed (where applicable) by our skilled team of fitters - ensuring that your garden building arrives in perfect condition and it is assembled to the highest standard.

Please be aware that you will need to provide a good, strong and level base constructed from either slabs or concrete. This will need to be completed prior to our delivery date, ensuring that it is set and strong enough for that building to sit on.

As with all of our garden buildings, we like to provide our customers with a suitable delivery time. We always give good notice of our arrival date, allowing you to be sure it is the right time for you. We always appreciate any helpful information regarding access to your pre-prepared base area and any details you may need to share with us about reaching you - so that the delivery process can run as smoothly as possible.
