Delivery Information

All of our Malvern Garden buildings will be delivered and installed (where applicable) by our skilled team of fitters - ensuring that your garden building arrives in perfect condition and it is assembled to the highest standard.

Please be aware that you will need to provide a good, strong and level base constructed from either slabs or concrete. This will need to be completed prior to our delivery date, ensuring that it is set and strong enough for that building to sit on.

As with all of our garden buildings, we like to provide our customers with a suitable delivery time. We always give good notice of our arrival date, allowing you to be sure it is the right time for you. We always appreciate any helpful information regarding access to your pre-prepared base area and any details you may need to share with us about reaching you - so that the delivery process can run as smoothly as possible.

Delivery to Scotland is typically takes 2 weeks longer

Malvern

As far as stylish modern garden rooms go, the Hanley Plus Flat is most definitely one of the go to models in our range. Contemporary glass to ground aluminium doors and windows and vertical cedar cladding, really make this building a 21st century garden office! Like the Malvern Hanley Flat, the Malvern Hanley Plus Flat includes; Double glazing and foil backed insulation board, providing much needed energy saving costs. It also means the Hanley Plus Flat is ideal for year-round use.

The Hanley Plus Flat features a fully glazed glass to ground front, with one glass to ground unit in each side. Two privacy ventilation windows are also included at the rear of the building. Double doors, double glazing, lining and insulation, a painted external finish and a 19mm heavy duty floor are all included as standard too. Extra windows and doors can be added if desired, making this garden room very customisable. The windows and doors on the Hanley Plus Flat are all manufactured from Anthracite colour aluminium, for a maintenance free, modern finish.

    Guttering is included as standard with every flat roof Hanley garden room, the flat roof requires help in diverting rainwater away. Although, hipped and apex roofs do not require guttering, you can still choose to add this should you wish to. The downpipes allow you to store valuable rainwater by connecting a water-butt.. The guttering is priced per foot, 1 unit = 1 foot.

    If your Hanley is an apex roof and is 10ft wide x 8ft deep (for example), simply select 10ft per width (10ft wide garden room = 20ft of guttering in total).

    If your Hanley is a hipped roof and is 10ft wide x 8ft deep (for example), simply select 10ft per width and 8ft per depth (10ft + 10ft + 8ft + 8ft = 36ft of guttering in total).

    As the name suggests, the privacy vent window is an unobtrusive additional window positioned in the rear or side of your garden room. The letterbox window is positioned at head height and allows extra light without the exposure of a full height window.
