Description
The Malvern Studio Flat is a stylish, contemporary garden room. The Flat style roof allows light into your garden room whilst adding a modern look and feel to any outdoor area. With glass to ground double glazed windows either side of the double glazed double doors, the Studio Flat maximises the use of available light, making it the perfect garden room for relaxing with family and friends or working on hobbies and crafts or using as a home office.
Our great range of optional extras gives you the ability to tailor your Studio Flat to your own style. By adding either the patterned MDF or tongue and groove lining and insulation, your Studio Flat can be used all year-round. You can also choose to have your building painted with one of the attractive colour paint finishes available. These not only blend well in any home but provide long term protection to the timber cladding. A standard feature of all Studio Flat garden rooms is the EPDM rubber roof. This is a black rubber membrane that is glued to the roof deck and significantly improves the longevity of your roof.

All of our Malvern Garden buildings will be delivered and installed (where applicable) by our skilled team of fitters - ensuring that your garden building arrives in perfect condition and it is assembled to the highest standard.

Please be aware that you will need to provide a good, strong and level base constructed from either slabs or concrete. This will need to be completed prior to our delivery date, ensuring that it is set and strong enough for that building to sit on.

As with all of our garden buildings, we like to provide our customers with a suitable delivery time. We always give good notice of our arrival date, allowing you to be sure it is the right time for you. We always appreciate any helpful information regarding access to your pre-prepared base area and any details you may need to share with us about reaching you - so that the delivery process can run as smoothly as possible.
