Double Glazed Privacy Window (28in)

As the name suggests, the privacy vent window is an unobtrusive additional window positioned in the rear or side of your garden room. The letterbox window is positioned at head height and allows extra light without the exposure of a full height window. Each privacy vent window includes a lockable casement stay as standard.

Malvern Studio Corner Tinted Glass

Add a touch of privacy to your garden building with the tinted glass upgrade. An anti-sun tint is applied to one side of the glazing. This means the windows look dark from the out side, but clear from the inside. All without the glare of the sun.

Heavy Duty Floor Upgrade

For additional strength and durability, you can upgrade your floorboards from the standard 12mm to heavy duty 19mm. The extra thickness is felt underfoot, as there is no creaking or movement. Pressure treated floor joists are also included with the heavy duty floor upgrade, meaning an increased longevity of your floor.

Laminate Flooring

Enhance your garden room by adding a deluxe laminate floor. The deluxe laminate floor is laid over the solid timber floor, with a layer of underlay sandwiched between. Hard wearing and durable, the deluxe laminate floor gives a stylish finish, while adding extra strength to your floor. The deluxe laminate floor options is available in 10 different styles.

Painted MDF Lining & Insulation

Choose the optional painted MDF lining, sprayed with a high quality paint finish, and you choose a hard-wearing and attractive finish for the inside of your garden room. The painted MDF lining helps create a light and airy feel for a positive working environment. When you choose either the MDF lining, or the Tongue and Groove lining, the building is insulated too with a thermal uFoil insulation in the walls and roof.

Tongue & Groove Lining & Insulation

Optional tongue and groove pine lining inside is carefully fitted to provide a pleasant working environment. Because the walls and roof are insulated with thermal ufoil insulation when the building is lined, your garden room will be more than suitable for all year-round use. We recommend heating your garden room with electric thermostatically controlled convector heaters. You can set these to maintain a minimum temperature when you aren't using the building so that paper and equipment remain at the appropriate temperature.
